Pay Methods
We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS as well as PayPal.
We also accept check or money order payment for mail orders. (Please
note that orders paid by check can sometimes take up to 7 or more days
for processing).

When mailing an order, please remember to include the following
information: 1) complete name; 2) address; 3) phone numbers; 4) quantity
& order details. Please remember to include appropriate shipping
charges as noted below. Make check or money order payable to: UNIK
ORGANICS. Please allow 7-10 days for mail orders.
Return Policy
In unlikely event that you receive defective or damaged merchandise, or
have received the wrong merchandise, please contact or customer service
department as soon as possible to determine the best method for
replacement of your product.
For Product Damaged during shipping: You must immediately contact the
carrier to file a damaged merchandise claim within 3 days of receipt.
You must have original box available for their inspection. UnikOrganics.Com
must be notified by you regarding this claim.
Returns: Email us at info@unikorganics.com for authorization to
return. Please note: we will not accept any returns without
authorization. Please complete the following form and submit with the
returned item. No refunds will be issued after 30 days of invoice date.
A 20% restocking fee will apply for unopened merchandise. Opened
merchandise will be credited at 50% of the purchase price. Freight
charges are excluded from refunds. *Please note: Due to health and
hygiene issues, the following items may not be returned or exchanged:
Black Seed Oil, Black Seed body care ie. shampoo, skin cream, etc.
Shipping Charges
We make every effort to ship orders that are received on weekdays by
3:00pm EST, to ship that same day. Orders received on weekends are
shipped the next business day.
Shipments Within North America
For Bulk purchases please contact us for discounted shipping.
Next Day and 2nd Day Air service is available on orders received by
3:00pm (EST), Monday through Friday. (Pending product availability).
Orders received on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next
business day.
Canada
& International Shipments
All shipments outside Canada are shipped by Federal Express AIR COURIER.
Delivery times are between 2-5 days depending on location. Rates are
based on item weight. To calculate shipping rate, add items to shopping
cart, enter name and address, and select your country from pull down
menu. Continue to payment screen and shipping rates will be displayed
below order total.
International Shipping Policy
Please note: Customer is responsible for own Custom and Duties Charges.
International customers order at your own risk. We are not responsible
for lost or undelivered packages. Some countries restrict the import of
herbal products. So please check with your post office before ordering.

All orders placed over the internet are processed using a state of the
art (SSL) Secured Server Line. Credit card numbers are digitally
encrypted to provide security. We assure you that we will not sell,
share, or exchange our customers personal information or e-mail
